Your privacy is important to me.

I provide this notice to explain my online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Furious Fotog's website. The Furious Galleries are managed by SmugMug, the Furious print store is managed by Zenfolio and its integrated vendors, and Furious apparel is managed by TeeSpring.

Models

For models specifically, I use the personal information collected from you on the model release form to facilitate taking your photographs, communicating with you regarding your photographs and other related products & services, and processing any transactions you may do with FuriousFotog. Such personal information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with other parties.

For book cover sales, your PayPal or Venmo account information will be requested for payments to be made to or billed to your account. I do not need additional information (such as your bank account information) and will never request it.

Authors and Other Clients

For book cover image licensing and design services (including but not limited to book cover design, photo editing, etc.), your PayPal or Venmo account information will be requested for invoicing. I do not need additional information (such as your bank account information) and will never request it.

Storefronts

The personal information I collect from clients in the storefront is your name, email address, and mailing address that you provide. Your credit card or PayPal information will also be collected if those forms of payment are used to make your purchase, but that data is only used to process your transaction and is not stored in any of my databases. Merchandise transactions are managed by Zenfolio and/or TeeSping,  online bookings are managed by Square and/or Paypal, premade cover sales through this website are managed by PayPal and/or Stripe, and in-person transactions are managed by Square.

I never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to me online in ways unrelated to the means described above.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, I have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending me a request detailing the error(s). To protect your privacy and security, I will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
