brand Vision, Values, And Ethics

It is the vision of Furious Fotog to be one of the most trusted providers of imagery and designs.

I shall conduct myself with integrity all the while fostering an environment of human-powered creativity, innovation and trust.

My core values consist of several elements:

I strive for quality in the work (photography and designs) I produce, to be the “best in class” in terms of value received for the monetary investment made by Clients.

I am dedicated to satisfying my Clients, all of them, with respect and understanding of their expectations.

I support human-powered creators and creative works, and therefore shall work to exclude generative Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning software from my brand.

I will work to provide timely services and delivery as a standard, alongside prompt communication to ensure my Clients are made aware of timelines and any potential delays. Never shall a Client be left wondering when they will get a response, services rendered, or a file delivery.

I will act with leadership and inspiration, through competence, creativity, and collaborative teamwork.

I will act with ethics and integrity in all I do and treat others with equal respect, including honesty and fairness in all aspects of the work I perform, while correcting any errors or misunderstandings with professional expediency.

I take pride in the diversity of individuals who choose to work with me and the ideas that flow from such efforts. 

I abhor negativity or violence that impact the ability to adhere to these core values and best represent all Clients - both authors and models alike.

Furious fotog gift policy

No matter how well-meaning or well-intentioned a gift is, the potential exists for impropriety (or at least the appearance of impropriety) to be present, shattering the foundation of Visions, Values, and Ethics upon which this brand is built, possibly introducing a conflict of interest. 


Therefore, it is the policy of Furious Fotog to demonstrate a commitment to these standards and behavior by accepting NO GIFTS from past or future Clients, Models, and/or Vendors.


"Gift" includes:

  • Hardware, equipment, or software that is used in a manner to conduct business (such as but not limited to camera equipment, lighting, or editing software).
  •  Any item such as specifically manufactured pens, hats, t-shirts, mugs, calendars, bags, key chains, portfolios, and other items (and items of greater value) custom created for and/or given specifically to Furious Fotog alone.
  • Vendor or potential vendor or supplier-provided food, beverages, meals, or entertainment such as sporting events that are not supplied as part of a negotiated business contract, or to the general public, or all of the vendor's other clients.
  • Any business courtesy offered such as a product discount or any other benefit if the benefit is not extended as part of the vendor's standard policies to the general public or all of the vendor's other clients.


Specific Gift Policy Exceptions:

Exempted from this policy are:

  • Physical books or ebooks utilizing Images licensed from Furious Fotog, designed by Furious Fotog, or otherwise illustrated by Furious Fotog. This is optional, should the Client wish to provide such copies.
  • Gifts such as t-shirts, pens, trade show bags, and all other items ("swag") obtainable as members of the public, online, or at events such as conferences, training events, seminars, and trade shows, that are offered equally to all members of the public.
  • Attendance at and food, beverages, and items provided at events, exhibitor trade show floor locations, press events, and parties funded by conference or event sponsors.
  • Cards, thank you notes, certificates, or other written forms of thanks and recognition.
  • Food, beverages, and moderately priced meals or tickets to local events that are supplied by and attended by current customers, partners, and vendors or suppliers in the interest of building positive business relationships. This moderately priced entertainment is provided as part of a “working” meeting or session to benefit and advance positive working relationships and company interests. These activities are expected to be reciprocated by Furious Fotog in turn.
