General Information & Terms
- Images are delivered digitally.
- Request Photographer's credit is given, where possible, as Furious Fotog.
- Do not upload non-watermarked, high-resolution images to Facebook or other social media.
- Do not further edit images with additional filters to color, filter, warp or otherwise modify image that will lead observers to believe Photographer performed those edits.
- There is no guarantee to be featured or, when featured, a minimum number of featured images, on any of the Photographer's online, social or print media.
- The client is responsible for arranging additional makeup and/or styling needs.
- The client is responsible for their own attire. Consult the Model Info web page for further details.
- 50% nonrefundable retainer is required for scheduling via email for sessions that are not within the scope of book cover photoshoots or collaborative content, although shoots canceled on the part of the photographer shall have those funds refunded. The remaining balance is due at the time of the shoot for local shoots. Travel shoots must be paid in advance in full. If a model is a no call/no show photographer reserves the right to invoice model for the session fee balance plus $100 processing.
- The client is responsible for archiving images; there is no guarantee images will be hosted on Photographer's web page indefinitely.
- Images are delivered in JPEG format. Proofs are low resolution and unedited (960 pixels at the widest/tallest point); finals are high-definition at 300 dpi, between 15-36 megapixels.
- STANDARD TIMELINE FOR PAID SHOOTS: Proofs uploaded within 14 days from shoot date and link/password provided to the client. Client review to follow and selections made either by emailing image numbers (FFG#) selected or by sharing favorites with photographer via the secured web page. Finalized images up to the package number will be delivered within 30 days after selection made by Client. Standard times are estimates and can vary depending on many factors. Photographer will notify Client of any delays. Ordering additional images may delay delivery. Expedited services available for additional fees.
- Photographer retains full copyrights and unrestricted usage rights to all images unless TOCGEU is paid for and implemented.
- Prints and digital files are granted personal or portfolio use only unless otherwise arranged.
- Images cannot be sold or licensed to other parties or used for commercial purposes (including selling access to images) without arrangements and written consent from the Photographer. Please inquire about commercial use and fees.
- Furious Fotog retains all copyrights and unrestricted commercial use of the images taken (including but not limited to use in advertising, billboards, banners, posters for sale, books for sale, etc). Furious Fotog shall not use images taken in a defamatory, pornographic or otherwise illegal manner.
